Analytics

We are using Google Analytics (Google Inc.) which enables GreenMe Guides to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of user behavior.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the data collected to track and examine the use of this website, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Contact form on this website
By filling in the contact form with your data, you (the user) authorize GreenMe Guides to use these details to reply to requests for information, quotes or any other kind of request as indicated by the form’s header.

Types of personal data collected: email address and first name.

Mailing list or newsletter

By registering on the website and opting in for the newsletter, the user’s email address will be added to the contact list of those who may receive email messages containing information of commercial or promotional nature concerning GreenMe Guides. Your email address might also be added to this list after making a purchase.

We are also using widgets from Thrive Architect, which is a visual page builder & WordPress editor created by ThriveThemes. 

This service makes it possible to manage a database of email contacts to communicate with you. These services may also collect data concerning the date and time when the message was viewed by you, as well as when you interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.

Content commenting

Content commenting services allow you to make and publish your comments on the contents of this website. Depending on the settings chosen by the owner, users may also leave anonymous comments. If there is an email address among the personal data provided by the user, it may be used to send notifications of comments on the same content. Users are responsible for the content of their own comments.

Google Fonts is a typeface visualization service provided by Google Inc. that allows this Application to incorporate content of this kind on its pages.

This service also allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of this website. The interaction and information obtained through this application are always subject to the user’s privacy settings for each social network.

Facebook is a social media platform provided by Facebook, Inc. that allows us to incorporate content of this kind on our pages.

Handling Payments

Payment processing services enable us to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. To ensure greater security, we share only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction. Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to you / the user, such as emails containing invoices or notifications concerning the payment.

Selling goods and services online

The personal data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, the bank account used for the transfer, or any other means of payment envisaged. The kind of data collected by GreenMe Guides depends on the payment system used.
